LAKE ACRES WITH DOCK ZONING
Located on Bull Shoals Lake on the main channel of the
White River between Buck Creek and Big Creek, this all-wooded
Arkansas land is close to the water and to a spot in a cove next to
it with boat dock zoning. This property has more than a mile
of government take line as part of its boundary. There are
multiple buildings sites here, and lots of living creatures (very
few two legged ones). There is no electric line to this land yet,
but it is available at a price. A county gravel road that comes
south out of Missouri crosses this acreage, and would facilitate a
division of the land if you decide to develop it. We hope you
won't. Once you've scuba dived in the crystal clear lake to depths
of 150 feet right next to your land, caught bass on top water lures,
crappie on jigs, big catfish on your trotline, and grilled venison
steaks and wild turkey breast fillets on your deck, you just might
decide that having no close neighbors is not a real bad
thing.

15 ACRES ON THE
LAKE
Located on the Spring Creek Arm of Bull
Shoals Lake with a beautiful view of the water, this level to
sloping land is at the end of a county road which ends on this
property, thereby ensuring your privacy forever. It's all in
woods excepting the road, and there are some excellent building
sites here. The boundary of this land adjoins the government
take line for almost 2,000 feet, giving you access not only to the
lake but also to many acres of government forest which you can hike
or hunt. It's a lot like owning much more property.
$180,000.

3 1/2 LAKE ACRES WITH
BARN
Located on the Theodosia arm of
Bull Shoals, about 4 miles down lake from the Highway 160 bridge,
this level to south sloping land offers a great building site with a
nice view of the lake. It includes a 26'x48' barn on a
good concrete floor with stairs (not a ladder) up to the roomy
loft. This land is located in an arm with several nice country
homes on their own acreages. More adjoining land is available
with this place.

5.67 WOODED ACRES ON
LAKE
You can look down on Bull Shoals Lake from this ridgetop
acreage, and you can walk down to the water's edge relatively
easily. The adjoining properties are also wooded lake acreages, and
a couple of them have very nice homes that were recently built on
them. The protective covenants preclude mobile homes and
commercial development, so this is an excellent place to safely
build your retirement or second home and not worry about its value
being protected. The availability of lake acreages like this one is
at an all-time low. This one's worth a
look.

11 ACRES ON LAKE WITH
VIEW
Beautiful natural setting and
view of Bull Shoals Lake from this all-wooded property that is
well-located in the Spring Creek area. Excellent building spot
overlooking the lake and Ozark countryside. The property joins the
government take line and offers south slope exposure. Quiet and
secluded, the property is close to HH Highway and minutes from
Spring Creek Park with paved boat launching and recreation area.
Close to town, golf, and shopping.
$66,000. |

UPLAKE 15 WOODED
ACRES
This hilly parcel is about as secluded as anyone could
hope to find. It's at the end of a private road that leads to
the property from a county gravel road, which in turn leads in from
a state paved highway. The land backs up against the lake
property on Bull Shoals, and thereby gives this tract's owner access
to many acres of government woods and water. There are lots of
deer and turkey around these parts, and this lake is famous for its
fishing. That splash you hear in the water, or that little
rustle in the leaves, just might be your next meal. Build here
and you'll probably live long and die happy.

2 LAKE
ACRES
Located on the east bank of
Squirrel Hollow, in the area of Big Boy Point on Bull Shoals Lake,
this wooded property adjoins the government shoreline and offers
walking access to the water. A permitted boat dock zone is
close by, but approval for placement of your private dock in that
spot must be obtained from the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers' office
in Mountain Home, Arkansas. This land is one of a group of nine
acreages on a 27 acre peninsula known as Arrowridge. This land may
not be further subdivided and only one single family
residence may be built here (no mobile homes). Ask us for a plat and
a copy of the protective covenants. Some nice homes have already
been built on some of these acreages.
$39,500.
